Everyone’s skin is different.
We have different skin types and colours, concerns and goals, and some habits that are not – all of which the way our skin behaves, reacts or ages. And with treatment and skincare options out there, understanding and finding the right plan can be a little bit of a minefield.
If you have mild skin or you’d like to feel more in your skin but you’re unsure where to start, a free personalised skin consultation with a specialist or nurse at sk:n can help you gain a deeper of your skin, and which treatment and skincare programmes will get you to the best skin of your life.

What happens in the skin consultation
Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any skin concerns and what your skin goals are. We combine that with a full skin and assessment, so we can create the right treatment and skincare plan for you.
During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully your skin, including assessing the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be examined under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress your plan.
We’ll then discuss your daily and monthly and plan to get the best for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of including chemical peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and to use at home. Depending on your goals or the of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or specialist nurse. And if you are interested in injectables as a solution to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

Your skin consultation lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your concerns and create a recommended treatment plan.
The consultation is completely free, but we do require a £25 to secure your consultation. You won’t be charged if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your over 48 hours before your in line with our cancellation policy.
The cost of your and/or plan will be confirmed during your consultation, but can start from £59, on your clinic.

We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the consultation if you wish.
Our expert skin practitioners will ask a variety of questions which are designed to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin concern. For example:
